Location is always as good as usual, The hotel is not too big but exquisite, the breakfast is very plentiful, and the hotel offers many activities for children—these are the reasons we keep coming back. The staff were very warm and friendly, and responded to our needs very quickly.

As loyal customers for many years, we arrived at the hotel early, but unlike last year, they didn't let us check in. Instead, they asked us to pay half the room rate (for the day). It wasn't until I showed the front desk my phone to clarify my previous communication with the hotel—that guests could check in for free at 8 AM if rooms were available—that we were allowed to check in earlier. We stayed in two rooms for a week, and for customers like us, they should provide more flexible and personalized service.Unlike last year, when there was juices and bread in the room upon check-in, and gifts for the children, the room was empty. I had to call the front desk to request them before they were brought out. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are clearly aging, we come every year and it's quite noticeable.

The rooms are very spacious and the décore is amazing. The facilities were very convenient. They have many restaurants that will satisfy any person. The complementary services we got throughout our stay around the clock and most importantly the 24 hour breakfast.

Probably the beach (the entrance to the water feels strange), the kids club seemed a little messy, could be great to have a playground inside the hotel for the kids.

Bad experience

When I checked in the hotel asked for a deposit of 2000AED and I did until today 29/4/2024 I didn’t receive the deposit back and I called the bank they said from the hotel side not from the bank and I called the hotel until today they are saying it’s not from there side so it was a bad experience for me and I will not ever consider to check in in this property any time soon thank you

They should come back faster to take away the Breakfast tableware, or after room service, the tableware could stay for the whole night

Bad service and bad deal

First, the rooms are all dusty and my chest can't stand dust. Second, all the employees knock on the door and open the room door. There is no privacy. Third, when it's 11:59, the room phone rings and they ask us to leave. Then we asked to leave late and one hour was added, meaning 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, an employee stands at the door with a trolley to carry the bags. For your information, I've been to most hotels in the Emirates and around the world. There is no hotel that treats its guests like this.

The room interior where nice clean very quite room .the staff helpful . They spoiled you The first hotel that offers breakfast until 11 pm ! You can have it in the restaurant your room or at the pool , menu full of choices like egg pancakes granola cheese platter…….

The sea need to be more clean because in is like lagoon the water was not clean

I normally stay at the Westin Hotel in Jumeirah Beach but was a little dissapointed the last time I stayed there as I was put into a room which was a very long way from Reception/exit/or dining area, so after a fair amount of research I settled on The Bulgari resort. My expectations were exceeded

The room is very spacious, the stuff were very friendly they are quick to respond. There was an incident regarding the cleanliness of the place, but their response to resolving the problem was fast and professional. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and will go back again.

The door man Levron and Harry from in room dining team their service are 10/10, upon arrival Levron gave a warm greeting and still remember my name even on my departure day, will definitely come back to this hotel because of both of your best service.

The pre-auth deposit refund day and how long will it take is not clear.

I had to change room due to a broken door lock
